Elevators took an eternity to arrive!!! The stained carpet in my room was quite unpleasant!!! No hand soap in the basin was inconvenient!!! A more efficient shower would be a plus!!!

my stay at this so-called 4-star hotel was a disapointment. the service was not on par at all, especially when it took forever waiting for the elevator. i guess i'm just not 'regular' enough for special treatment here.

I found the hotel to be a great spot, just a 10-minute walk to Nangang Station, which makes it super easy to zip around the city, and it’s also close to Raohe Night Market, a perfect place for delicious street food and local culture after a day of walking the parks and landmarks around town.

The location is convenient, making it easy for us to find numerous cheaper restaurants and nearby stores. The staff was incredibly helpful, even going out of their way to return a forgotten item to us.
